Billionaire Elon Musk showed interest in the idea of creating a hot tub powered by Dogecoin mining.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk got an interesting idea of developing a hot tub that would work with the heat generated by Dogecoin mining. The idea came from the Twitter account of Blockfolio, the leading cryptocurrency portfolio tracker.

Given that Musk has accepted DOGE for a satellite mission and is already leading the development of Dogecoin, it might not be an exaggeration to assume that this could be the next project.
According to ByteTree data, although the coin was created as a joke, its revenues increased by more than 4,500% in 2021 due to the increased transaction fees and its miners made serious money.
Dogecoin is a Scrypt-based cryptocurrency that is less energy-intensive compared to Bitcoin. Due to the binary mining model, it can only be mined along with other cryptocurrencies such as Litecoin.
The Idea Is Not New
Just like electric cars and telepathy, the idea of converting heat from miners isn’t exactly new.
In early 2018, Czech entrepreneur Kamil Brejcha made headlines by replacing traditional heaters with mining equipment to grow tomatoes in his greenhouse.
Some cryptocurrency mining companies offer equipment that can be connected to the heating systems of businesses and private homes.
