The news also stated that this new amount is the largest investment in the technology sector in the history of France, and that the market value of the company is expected to exceed $ 3.8 billion.
It is stated that Japan-based multinational giant company SoftBank led the funding round, and UK-based venture company Atomico also participated in the tour.
Sorare, which started to make a name for itself in the winter months, collected $ 50 million in the Series A funding round. In addition to the world-renowned former football players Rio Ferdinand and Oliver Bierhoff, this funding round included two world-famous Barcelona stars, Gerard Pique and Antoine Griezmann, who are still playing football.
